the lake house

i watched this movie because i wanted to find out how they actually met face to face considering they live two years apart. meaning, they don't live in the same year, but somehow they've managed to correspond to each other by some twisted magic. there was a sad tone during the first half of the movie. the soundtrack really made me want to weep. i've always liked keanu reeves being in teary movies, like "sweet november" (i cried a bucket in that movie). i've always liked sandra too. i first saw her in "while you were sleeping." since then, i started to watch every movie that she was in. ( although i didn't see "the net").
of course the "lake house" had a happy ending, but that was one of the saddest movies i've ever seen.
